I have been conducting and teaching Workshops and seminars in a variety of topics for over 20 years. My own professional background includes private business, not-for-profit organizations, teaching, and political involvement, and these diverse experiences have given me broad knowledge of how people work well together.

I think I'm good at what I do. I can help your workplace or organization by conducting any of the Workshops mentioned in this WEBSITE, or one can be adapted for your special needs. I can adjust any Workshop to the time frame you have available. Effective Workshops can run from 90 minutes to a full day or two.

I can also participate in seminars or panels you may organize, be your keynote presenter at a fuction you may have, or do my work with you on a one-to-one or special-problem consulting basis. My Crisis Management and Public Relations-Theme/Message development work might be especially useful to you in that way.

ALL of my work with you is totally confidential, especially because when I help you I become aware of the specific problems you are experiencing in your workplace, and I realize that my work with you may be sensitive.

With that in mind, you can rest assured I will never be using my work at your workplace as examples. I will not refer to it in work I do with other groups or businesses. Nor will I use my work with you as a recommendation or reference for my work with someone else. Your privacy is guaranteed. That is part of my own business ethic.

A good way to learn about my public reputation and some of my work is to "Google" me, or to use your own search engine. Try something like "Jim Splaine," "New Hampshire," and "Portsmouth." You'll get a feel for what I've done.
In life, nothing is more important than the way we treat one another. That's also true in business. If all employees are treated like the stars of your company, they're much more likely to be efficient and productive, as well as loyal. You're likely to have less turnover, fewer unsatisfied employees, and a work environment that is better for everyone who works there - - including you. I can help you do that. It's expensive to most any business to lose an employee due to quitting or "finding a better job." Even firing an employee should be your last course of action, and indicates a failure on your part as well as on the part of that employee. Hiring and training replacements because of frequent turnover is one of the most costly parts of both small and large businesses. My work with you can help you keep your turnover low.
