In my own business, not-for-profit organization, education, political, and volunteer worklife, I have been conducting and teaching Workshops and Seminars for over 20 years. I have attended well over a hundred other such trainings that others have put on during the past 25 years. I've seen the best, and at times been bored and wondered what the purpose was.
I run goal-oriented, interactive, hands-on Workshops and Seminars, and can adapt any of the topics mentioned in this WEBSITE to versions that will take from 90 minutes to a full day or even two. I find that the best size for Workshops is up to about 30 participants, since much of the learning and change comes from the participants themselves, so time is needed to get everyone involved. Sizes for Seminars or panel discussions of up to 75 people work well, and for keynote presentations just about any size is fine.
I use a variety of techniques, and I am skilled at generating the needed dialogue and critical thinking process. In your Workshop, we might do flipcharting, brainstorming, lots of discussion, role-playing, and team-building and divided-group exercises.
I avoid lecturing, and instead focus our group thinking about how each of the participants can buy into change and improvement in your workplace. That's the most important motivator each individual can carry away from the Workshop.
Of course, in planning the agenda and format for the Workshop, I first spend time with you to learn the values and criteria of change or emphasis you expect to create in your workplace.

As part of an annual meeting, a training day, a function where you have me as a keynote presenter on a topic of your choice, or on a specific need basis, I think you'll find my Workshops and Seminars or consulting to be useful, productive, even fun.
